Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ContextHUD website and Chrome extension (the "Service") operated by ContextHUD ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

ContextHUD is a browser extension and web service that provides session awareness tools for use alongside Claude by Anthropic. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and Anthropic's Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or tamper with the extension
• Use the Service to violate any third-party terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent any license or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval until you cancel.

Pro plans include a 14-day refund window from the date of first payment. Lifetime plans are final sale. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 30 days.

4. Lifetime Founder Plans

Lifetime Founder access is available in two tiers: Founder ($149 one-time) and Founding Partner ($229 one-time), limited to 250 seats each. A Lifetime plan grants the purchaser access to ContextHUD V1, including all current features and future V1.x updates, at no additional charge. Lifetime access applies only to the ContextHUD V1 product line and does not automatically include future major versions (including V2 and beyond), separately branded products, enterprise offerings, managed services, or features that require third-party costs passed through to the user. If a future major version is offered separately, Lifetime Founder members may receive an upgrade discount or benefit stated at the time of that release.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate partial periods except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The ContextHUD name, logo, extension code, and website content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use our brand assets without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet every use case. Session data shown by ContextHUD is estimated and may not be perfectly accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContextHUD's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ContextHUD is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
